Justin McLean •  Analysis Group (Washington, D.C.)

Justin McLean is a Managing Principal in Analysis Group's Washington D.C. office.  Justin specializes in applying finance and economics to problems in complex business litigation, and has been doing so over the past twenty years.  He has served as an expert witness and has provided assistance in many phases of litigation, including development, presentation, and review of pretrial discovery; preparation of testimony; and critique of analyses of opposing experts. 

Mr. McLean’s recent case work has included business valuation, intellectual property and general damages analyses, and evaluation of fiduciary duties and investment management.  Mr. McLean has also worked with entrepreneurial companies, helping to develop financial projections, business plans, and marketing strategies.

Mr. McLean received an M.S. in Industrial Administration (concentrating in Finance, Accounting, and Entrepreneurship) with University Honors from Carnegie Mellon’s business school in 2000. He received a B.A. in Economics from Swarthmore College in 1995.

Caren Rabbino has managed large-scale projects and client relationships both as an entrepreneur and chief executive officer. Ms. Rabbino has extensive experience in strategic planning and managing operations to ensure stability for fast-growing organizations.

In 1998, Ms. Rabbino formed Fast Forward Consulting, supporting organizational development for clients such as Christie’s, Citigroup Art Advisory, FITZ & CO, Museum of Arts & Design, Rubin Museum, Lower Manhattan Cultural Council, 3.1 Phillip Lim, Deborah Berke Partners, Perfect Earth Project, East River Development Alliance, Billy Farrell Agency, Speak Up Africa, National Children’s Chorus, Reboot USA, Grace Hightower Coffees of Rwanda, Qatar National Food Security Programme, Holy Cross Hospital, Plum Television, Harvard Graduate School of Design, WEBB, and One Rockwell.

In 1989, Ms. Rabbino co-founded Miami Light Project and served as Executive Director of this non-profit cultural organization, producing an annual music, dance, and theater series.  Currently, in its 28th season, MLP continues to provide workshops for artists; educational programs for students of every age; and commissioning opportunities for performers.

In 2015, Ms. Rabbino was certified as a mediator by the New York State Unified Court System.  Ms. Rabbino received a Masters degree from the Interactive Telecommunications Program at New York University (2000). In addition, Ms. Rabbino received a B.A. in the History of Art (1982) and an M.A. in English Literature (1984) from the University of Pennsylvania.
