On/Offboarding 101: Avoiding Risk With New Hires or Exiting Employees

The onboarding & offboarding processes are overlooked due to the joy of starting a new job or the sadness of leaving one. Both processes, however, encompass detailed and almost-scientific precision to ensure organizational safety. Our ADP attorney has experience with failure to hire, FCA, discrimination, wrongful termination and harassment claims.
